Where are you located?

Frosted Crumbs is a small at home business located in Porterville, Ca.
Where do I place an order?
​
All orders must be placed through the order request form on the website.
Form submission does not guarantee calendar placement.
When should I place my order?
​
A 3-4 week notice is highly recommended for custom orders to assure design and availability.
​
If I have a last-minute canceled order, I will post it on Instagram stories and in the feed.
Inspirational Photos
​
I cannot duplicate other baker's work. Any photo submitted with your order form are for inspiration only.
Custom sketched designs are provided with every submission.
Exact colors are not guaranteed.
How does the ordering process work?
After you have submitted your request form, you will receive an email with a sketch and a quote.
Request forms are responded to every Monday.

Please give me a notice if you will not be proceeding with your custom order. This way I can move forward and fill dates/spots accordingly.
Payment Options
​
Once you accept your quote, You will receive an invoice through email. You will have up to the invoice due date to pay your balance before your invoice expires and the order is canceled. Payments can be made through Card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and Paypal. 50% of the balance is non-refundable due to the preparation of the order.

If you are paying with anything other than a card, please select the cash option and follow the instructions.
Can I pay half now and half later?
​
Once you accept your quote, you can let me know you would like to make two payments and I can add the option to your invoice. The full balance must be paid by the due date on the invoice. A text reminder is sent the week your invoice expires. If your invoice is not paid at this time and expires, your order will be canceled, with no exceptions.

You can let me know if you need more time to pay and I will try my best to accommodate.

Do you offer delivery?
​
Delivery is available for custom orders at an additional fee.
​
Frosted Crumbs offers free local pick-up in the area of West Morton Ave.
​
Sat-Sun 8:00 - 12:30
No weekday pickups.
​
If you need an order during the week, it must be picked up the Sat./Sun. before your event.
​
Shipping is not available
at this time.​
Allergens
​
At this time I do NOT offer gluten-free or vegan options. Orders are made in a home kitchen not subject to regulation and inspection by regular authority.

Allergies include: DAIRY, EGGS, and WHEAT.. NOT made in a nut-free kitchen.​
How much do cakes/cookies cost?
​
The listed prices are starting prices, the final price will be sent along with your sketch.
​
Flowers, cookies, metallic accents, fondant details, candy, cake toppers, etc. are all elements that will add to the cost of a cake.

Little to no fondant use. ​
Dowels or straws are used to prevent cakes from collapsing.
